1. Agreement
By tapping Stitch In you agree to these Terms and the Nivora Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Nivora is a personal craft workroom: you log material swatches, file them in glass jars, browse community cards, and may spend Brass Spool coins to Gather a studio rendering of a swatch with AI.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Nivora on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your own sewing and material-cataloguing. You may not copy, rent, reverse engineer, or resell the app, its mock community cards, or generated stash images except as allowed by applicable law.
3. The workroom
After Stitch In you can use:
- Home — Daily Inspiration cards and trending textures.
- Community — Following, Discover, and your Gathered stash list.
- Jars — glass jars that hold material IDs you pin.
- Log Material (center stitch) — camera or library photo, category chips, texture, stock, jar, and optional feed caption.
- Profile — nickname, avatar, coin pill, Gathered count, Unravel Account, Leave the Workroom.
- Supply Store — consumable mill tickets that add Brass Spool coins.
Community captions, comments, and gathered notes must not include harassment or unlawful content. Nivora may hide or you may delete your own material cards. Report flags on others’ cards are for moderation, not a guarantee of outcome.
4. In-App Purchases (Brass Spool mill tickets)
Coins are consumable virtual currency. They are not real money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed outside Nivora. Available packs, coin amounts, and prices are shown in the Supply Store; the amount Apple displays at checkout controls.
Gather with AI spends 100 coins per successful stash rendering. Failed generations are not charged coins. New stitchers may receive a one-time local newcomer spool. Purchases are credited to the ledger on this device only. Because packs are consumable coin lots, Nivora does not offer an in-app Restore Purchases control. Apple’s own purchase records remain in your Apple ID.
All sales of consumable coins are final except where Apple’s refund rules or local consumer law require otherwise. Request refunds through Apple, not through a third-party storefront.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not post or comment with sexual, hateful, or illegal content, or try to evade the workroom’s sensitive-word checks.
- Do not attempt to forge StoreKit receipts or inflate Brass Spool coins.
- Do not use Gather with AI to generate content that infringes others’ rights or depicts real people without permission.
- Do not scrape the community cards or mill-ticket catalog for competing services.
6. AI gathered swatches
When you confirm Gather with AI, Nivora sends a text prompt (material name, category, atelier lighting instructions) to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) and stores the resulting picture in your Gathered stash. Output is for personal cataloguing. We do not warrant that a rendering matches the real fabric in your hand. You remain responsible for how you use the image. Use of OpenRouter is also subject to OpenRouter’s terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
The workroom, mock inspiration cards, AI renderings, and coin ledger are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, color-accurate generations, or that a community crafter’s stock notes are correct. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nivora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost fabric ideas or coins after you Unravel Account or delete the app.
8. Termination
You may Leave the Workroom at any time. Unravel Account clears local studio data on the device. We may stop offering Nivora or a coin pack. Unused coins have no value outside the app and expire if the workroom is discontinued, except where law says otherwise.
9. Governing law
These Terms are offered by the publisher of Nivora. Disputes are handled as required by Apple App Store policies and the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
